It's the beginning of the holiest of months - and my favourite -
I sent out a wish for a happy Ramadhan to everyone. Got back some replies, eventhough i didn't really expect any, so hee, was nice.
Mary sent back a cute reply.
Iylia just sent me her version of Choice. Apparantly, after reading mine, she got so inspired she wrote her own version during her POA exam, heh, * trying not to feel guilty here *
But actually, it felt more, i don't know, sort of a mix between feeling abit embaressed, and flattered and proud?
Yeah well. She's a damn good writer. So i'll be posting up her version in abit.
The stupid fictionpress.com has a stupid rule that every new member has to wait three days before being able to post anything. So my three day waiting period ends sometime today.
I went to JB yesterday, the whole day, with Uncle Idroz, Aunty Anne, Baby Sony, my sis, my grandmom and the two brats, Wafa and Zakirah.
Yeah, needless to say, it wasn't the most exciting or fun trip since my grandmom and the junior kepos tagged along. Nothing against them, only, my grandmom just HAD to go to the factory, and since she brought along the bratties, we couldn't just drop her off, go somewhere and come back, we'd to stay and help her take care of the lil monkeys. She insisted she could take care of them on her own .. yeah, right.
When we finally left, yea, safe to say my grandmom is not the most reasonable person, and she makes lots of unreasonable demands and requests.
Ah well, enough bitching about her. I really do love her, but that's just it, loving someone doesn't erase whatever irritation you get, it only makes you feel guilty. And i'm feeling guilty, so forget it.
It wasn't SO bad in the end, we did some shopping and all. I got some CDs, one of which i'm listening to right now.
And i also got some inspiration from seeing certain things, though i couldn't work on anything in the factory while waiting, too noisy. I did do a very brief first two paragraphs, and maybe i can work my way to the end from that.
That said, i still have to edit that thing i wanted to submit for yearbook, and a ton of other things, and start on my list of impending ideas i have to do justice on. Then there's chemistry. Thought of studying abit. Hm.
So, since i've a long list of to-dos, and it's already 1, i'd better go start.Beginning with checking my mail for fanfiction updates, and uploading Iylia's story later:)
I might just blog again later, haha, just to report on how much i did - or didn't - get done today. hee.
