Okay, so i'm kinda feeling annoyed. It's for n particular reason, actually. More like, i'm feeling annoyed for the sake of feeling annoyed. . . i know right. what the heck?
haha, can't help it. It's weird, i know, so that's why i'm trying to snap out of it.
okay, okay. moving on. I went out with my grandmum, my sis and my cousins today, Dee and Alisha. Dadi came over to my house first, and from there we took a bus to Bedok, where we were supposed to meet up with the cuzzies, but they were late.
*sweatdrops* why am i not surprised?
hehe. So dadi and i walked around, entering random shops and stuff. When the trio finally arrived, we went in search of new shoes for Dee and Alisha. Afterwards, dadi wanted to take us somewhere, but she didn't know where. haha. In the end, she decided she wanted to go to the airport.
I know, airport? But, why not right? Afterall, people do go there just to eat, or to study, so why not to just kill time? We ended up eating at Fish and Co.
Honestly, we had a great time there. Talking, laughing, making all sorts of lame and stupid jokes, sharing our food. haha. Dadi didn't order anything, seeing that she didn't know what to order. So she shared with all of us. Mumtaz, being very plain and boring, ordered fish and chips. I asked for the seafood plater for two, thinking we could all share, Dee decided on erm, sambal fish or something, and Alisha . . she took the baked salmon.
I didn't actually think we'd be able to finish our food, but we did. hehe. we must not underestimate the enormity of our appetites. haha. We also ordered erm . . some chocolate fudge cake and icecream or something like that. When it came, after we finished our meals, chaos ensued!
It was supposed to be for dadi, sicne she was the one who wanted it, but after tasting it, she decided she didn't like it. So, what were we waiting for, after the first bite, all of us hesitated no further, and attacked that piece of cake and that single scoop of vanilla ice-cream, as though it were the last plate of food in the world. haha. We literally fought, with our spoons, over bites. hahahahaha
My grandmum just had to smile and laugh along. I was laughing so hard, i barely got anything at all! The injustice of it all. hehe. But who cares, it was fun fun fun. ^_^ And that's all that matters.
Paying the bill was another memorable event. We had no intention of letting our grandmum pay for a meal she barely partook in, so you can imagine the noise coming from our table, when dadi kept holding out her money to the waitress, and the rest of us pushing it aside, hurrying to collect the desired sum.
The waitress, i have no doubt, was very amused. She was grining from ear to ear, and could barely restrain herself from laughing. She even played along, purposely not accepting the money my grandmother was persistently holding out, and helped us count the money we had procurred from our respective wallets.
Dadi was huffing about it outside the restaurant. She kept saying that she had wanted to treat us, not the other way round, but her words fell on deaf ears. I love my grandmum, i honestly do. So why not, right? Once in a while, it wouldn't hurt to be the one to give the treats, instead of receive them.
weeeee
So now, im in a happy mood, muhuhahahahahaha . . after reliving today's events. hehe
all it takes is to recall the better memories to bring a smile onto this face.
well, i'll post some more later. Cyaa
